Lauren has over a decade of cannabis law experience at leading industry firms Vicente, LLP based in Denver, Colorado and the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa based in Sebastopol, California. She has represented a wide range of businesses and individuals navigating legal issues in emerging industries. where her dedication to justice and equity shaped her legal foundation.
Lauren is a Certified Ganjier and a Certified Mediator, a proud Emerald Cup judge, a “40 Under Forty” selectee, and an enthusiastic supporter of the arts and outdoor adventure.
She sits on the Board of Directors of California NORML, Petaluma People Services Center, and Círculos Inc. Lauren has also served on the Boards of Directors of the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA), Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP), Sonoma County Cannabis Alliance, and the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey. Additionally, she is a volunteer chapter leader for the Sonoma County chapter of the ACLU of Northern California.
